Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
